first course selection

roasted bone marrow, foie gras crust, house giardiniera, sourdough toast

daily selection of freshly harvested oysters on the half shell

blood orange & di stefano burrata, arugula, watercress, radicchio,
capers, pistachios, citrus vinaigrette

second course selection

shrimp linguine, arugula, lemon alfredo sauce

braised short rib, creamy polenta, green harissa, braising juices

grilled filet mignon, rosemary fingerling potatoes,
agridulce of wild mushrooms, caramelized shallots, jus
